Description
We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at our store located at 4795 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34746-5332.
The starting hourly rate for this role is $16.25 USD per hour. From 09/20/26 to 01/02/2027, non-exempt team members will be eligible to receive a temporary additional $1 on top of an already existing $1/hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked.
As a team member at Target, you will be part of a sales force of specialised consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. Alternatively, you may work as an advocate of guest experience who welcomes, thanks, and exceeds guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Or, you may be an expert of operations, process, and efficiency who enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service and support
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds

- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
