Description

GSK's Enterprise AI team translates the promise of AI into measurable impact across drug discovery, development, manufacturing, and commercial. As a Senior AI Product Manager, you'll help shape how AI transforms GSK's manufacturing sites around the world, identifying where it will deliver the greatest value and keeping teams focused on high-impact opportunities.

You'll partner with business stakeholders to prioritize opportunities based on feasibility and value. You'll take complex business problems, structure them, size the value, prototype hands-on, and turn them into something a forward-deployed engineer can build against.

  • Strategic Prioritization & Portfolio Shaping: Recommend what to start, continue, and stop, and sequence work for impact.
  • Tech Transfer Strategy & Agentification: Define and drive NPI launch strategy optimization, lead architecture definition for AI-enabled tech transfer, and own the tech transfer package.
  • Engineering Partnership & Enablement: Be a strategic partner to FDE pods, convert business ambiguity into crisp problem statements, and spot reusable patterns.
  • Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Operate fluently with Director-level stakeholders, run working sessions, and maintain sponsor confidence.
  • Measurement, Learning & Iteration: Track value realization, capture lessons, and feed them back into the team's scoping process.

Why You

We're seeking professionals with:

  • Strong progressive experience in pharma/life sciences, AI/ML product, product management, or strategy roles.
  • A track record of taking complex business problems and turning them into structured opportunities with defensible business cases.
  • Working knowledge of GSC and technology transfer processes.
  • Proven experience engaging sites and operational teams, building trusted relationships, and turning pain points into AI-shaped opportunities.
