- Partner Agreement & Royalty Governance: Assume complete ownership of outbound/inbound royalty reporting, executions, and complex reconciliations.
- Cross-Functional System Controls & "Two-in-the-Box" Execution: Partner closely with Engineering and Finance Data Systems prior to product launches to validate metering, pricing models, and billing logic.
- Audit Ownership & Technical Accounting: Act as the primary audit lead for external audit, internal audit, and executive stakeholders regarding platform consumption calculations and monetization structures.
- Remediation & Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Oversee the categorization and resolution of usage issues, standardize refund SLAs/credits, and drive mandatory cross-functional RCAs with Engineering.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related technical field; CPA license preferred.
- Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience, including extensive experience in revenue accounting, IT audit, and SOX control frameworks.
