Demand Planning Manager

We are seeking a Demand Planning Manager to join our team at FUCHS. You will play a vital role in Supply Chain, focusing on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Inventory Accuracy. The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-plan analysis and statistical forecasting to create and measure plans, incorporating inputs such as sales/customer input, new product launches, and historical data.
• Facilitate and support S&OP activities, meetings, and communication, including leading the monthly Demand Review Meeting (DRM).
• Track and measure forecast vs actual performance, analysing deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the GIB Demand Planning Tool.
• Analyse and refine the mid-long term demand workflow process to ensure product delivery meets customer expectations.
• Develop strong relationships and communication skills with commercial teams, customers, and functional colleagues.
• Act as the primary contact for sales forecast (demand plan) issues.
• Report on and monitor monthly key performance indicators for opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in demand forecast planning and analysis, with a background in supply chain, accounting, or sales.
• Experience managing a high-performance team is highly desirable.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with excellent quantitative and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong team and people orientation, with a professional and can-do attitude.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• ERP planning experience is required, with SAP being preferred.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and training.
• Occasional travel (approximately 5%).
