Field Sales Activator (Merchandiser)

We are seeking a Field Sales Activator (Merchandiser) to join our team in Gelsenkirchen, Oberhausen, and Dortmund.

As a Field Sales Activator, you will be responsible for presenting the Red Bull brand at its best, ensuring that our products are well-stocked and displayed at all points of sale. You will work closely with our national key account partners to implement and execute agreed-upon plans.

Your main tasks will include:

• Ensuring that stores are adequately stocked with our products and that distribution is secured at all points of sale
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as acquiring new ones to expand our distribution
• Collaborating with our Field Sales Managers on promotional activities and advertising agreements to drive sales

Requirements:

• Completed education/training
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
• Basic knowledge of commercial topics
• Experience in the German FMCG landscape is beneficial but not required
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel 90-100%
