Senior Manager, Corporate Development

Prudential is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Development to drive the Group's growth agenda by identifying and executing on inorganic and major partnership projects.

The successful candidate will support the development of the inorganic strategy, identify potential targets, and manage and execute transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Target screening, due diligence, and valuation
• Working closely with different functional experts, including Risk, Legal, Finance, and Tax
• Robust quantitative analysis
• Strong project management
• Solid working relationship with external advisers ensuring maximum value add
• Supporting the development of high-quality Exco materials to facilitate decision making

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of working experience, preferably in M&A, a Bachelor's degree, strong commercial acumen, and effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
