HR Graduate Rotation Experience

Join Synopsys' HR Graduate Rotational Program Experience, a 24-month program that gives you hands-on experience across participating HR teams. You'll work on real-world projects, collaborate with global teams, and drive business impact.

As a graduate, you'll dive into projects that align with strategic focus areas such as AI transformation, employee experience, skills development, or business impact and consulting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Learning about each participating HR team's operations and contributing to day-to-day work
• Completing project work aligned with the rotation's strategic focus area
• Gathering information, reviewing data, and documenting observations to inform decisions
• Researching, developing, or improving resources, processes, tools, and solutions
• Collaborating with team members and stakeholders, applying feedback, and adapting to changing priorities
• Sharing progress, key learnings, and recommendations through regular check-ins and a capstone presentation

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to support research, analysis, productivity, process improvement, or employee-focused solutions
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn across HR functions and program focus areas
• Ability to take ownership of projects, set goals and success measures, manage milestones, and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills
