The Assistant Producer - EA SPORTS™ FC role involves working closely with production, product management, art, and quality verification teams to create live content. The ideal candidate will have strategic knowledge, creative instincts, and attention to detail, translating data and ideas into plans benefiting players.

Responsibilities:

• Translate real-world football events into live content ideas/plans on short notice, sometimes requiring flexible work hours.
• Develop live content plans and strategies to retain and engage players, based on collected data.
• Create, verify, and publish live content using custom tools.
• Ensure content meets quality standards with the quality verification team.
• Collaborate with Producers to meet deadlines and priority changes.
• Coordinate deliverables with Product Management and art teams.
• Become an expert on the game and community, making informed design choices.
• Solve problems creatively within available tools and scope.
• Improve processes for the Content Production team.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in live service product production, product management, quality verification, or game design.
• High attention to detail and ability to spot defects.
• Good eye for game quality and user experience advocacy.
• Familiarity with football (soccer), including men's and women's games.
• Experience with game production tools and project management software.
• Remote team collaboration experience.
• Understanding of Ultimate Team and core game modes.
• Problem-solving skills and process improvement knowledge.
• A/B testing and in-game economy management knowledge.
