Head of Culture & Partnerships, APAC (Social, Influencers, Brand in Culture)
Diageo, a leading drinks company with over 200 brands sold in nearly 180 countries, is seeking a Head of Culture & Partnerships, APAC. This role is part of the Marketing Operations & MarTech (MOM) team, which enables Diageo marketers to drive growth and competitive advantage.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for translating global direction into culturally relevant regional execution, managing regional and priority local social media handles, delivering best-in-class content, and integrating influencer and creator activation with a connected cultural marketing ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Accountability for the social transformation agenda in the APAC region
- Localization of blueprints for global campaigns
- Review and coordination of local briefs
- Creation of unified cultural activation plans
- Stewardship of the agency ecosystem
- Oversight of activation and content calendars
- Governance and compliance
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in leading social media, influencer marketing, or cultural activations
- Strategic thinker with a consumer-first mindset and strong operational ability
- Demonstrated ability in leading agency ecosystems and outsourced delivery models
- Deep expertise in social platforms and content ecosystems
- Strong understanding of paid social amplification, social analytics, and integrated measurement frameworks
