Corporate Communications Manager

Figma is hiring a Corporate Communications Manager to help set a new standard for corporate communications at a public company. This person will partner across the company , finance, investor relations, legal, brand, product, and design , to mine and tell stories that drive conversation across audiences, formats, and channels.

Responsibilities:

• Help define and drive Figma’s corporate storytelling strategy end-to-end, from narrative development to execution across channels
• Create integrated campaigns that cut through across media, owned platforms, and executive communications
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business momentum into clear, compelling stories and campaigns
• Work closely with executives to shape narratives that resonate with business and financial audiences
• Identify and develop breakthrough story angles that position Figma at the center of key industry, market, and cultural conversations

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in in-house communications
• A track record of building and scaling communications programs from the ground up
• Strong business and cultural fluency, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, engaging narratives and pitches
• Experience operating in fast-paced environments where direction isn’t always defined

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of product design, software development, and/or cloud-native applications
• Experience navigating and explaining business concepts and issues with fluidity

Annual Base Salary Range: $153,000-$269,000 USD
