Description
This Physical Therapist role is part of Intermountain Health, working at either Cedar City Hospital or St George Regional Hospital. The successful candidate will screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing skilled physical therapy services, staying updated on standard practices for different patient groups
- Conducting evaluations and treatments according to professional standards (APTA)
- Developing care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments
- Collaborating with care teams and stakeholders to deliver quality, patient-centred care
- Educating patients, families, and caregivers
Requirements:
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state where you work
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Basic computer skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record

The schedule is part-time, 30 hours per week, with a salary range of $43.09 - $66.47 per hour.
