Senior Business Analyst - Infrastructure Cost Management

Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their Infrastructure & Platform Services team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing cloud and SaaS cost management, using automation and analytics to improve how they build, launch, and operate games.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cost forecasting, allocation, and chargeback reporting for a significant portion of their PI&E cloud and SaaS spend
• Collaborate with Finance and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable insights
• Analyse infrastructure spend, validate data quality, and create automation to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort
• Define project scope and deliverables, identify risks, and build contingency plans
• Communicate findings to partners and leadership, turning complex technical data into clear stories

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in an analytical role such as business analysis, finance, data analysis, or analytics engineering
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience building process improvements and familiarity with infrastructure costs and usage patterns on cloud platforms
• Familiarity with FinOps concepts and frameworks

This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.
