Description
Redstone Residential is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join their team in Muncie, Indiana. The Leasing Specialist will assist with day-to-day leasing and administrative operations for the community, working closely with Community and Leasing Managers to reach key performance indicator (KPI) goals.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations. Experience with Entrata Software or similar property management software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents and prospects with daily needs in a professional manner
- Demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork
- Work with the team to reach daily and weekly leasing goals
- Maintain a working knowledge of all aspects of the community to quickly respond to inquiries
- Collaborate with other staff members in a highly entrepreneurial environment
