Physical Therapist - Outpatient

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at PT Solutions in Appleton, Wisconsin. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in expanding access to transformative care and leading the way in innovative therapy practices.

Job Summary: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment. Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans and efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Requirements:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure:

• Base Salary: $80,000–$105,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
