Howden is seeking a commercially minded Premium Funding Partner to increase the uptake of premium funding across its broking divisions. The successful candidate will drive growth, build capability, and help clients manage their insurance premiums more effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving premium funding growth across Howden's broking divisions
- Partnering with brokers and business leaders to identify opportunities
- Developing and delivering training and educational material
- Building relationships with funding providers and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring and reporting on portfolio growth, uptake, and conversion
- Developing tailored funding solutions that meet client needs
The ideal candidate will have experience in premium funding, insurance broking, financial services, or a related field, as well as strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
