As a Service Advisor Porsche, you will be the interface between our customers and our dealership on a daily basis. With your expertise and passionate commitment, you will operate a profitable service business and delight our customers. You will implement top-class premium processes according to Porsche's service standards, build long-term and trusting customer relationships, and contribute to the economic success of our company with your competent appearance in the service business. You will ensure a consistently excellent and professional service experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact between customers and the dealership
- Operate a profitable service business with expertise and passion, delighting customers
- Implement Porsche's service standards to deliver high-quality service experiences
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with customers

Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in a car dealership
- Certified Service Advisor training or relevant experience as a Service Advisor
- Professional and reliable demeanour towards customers
- Customer-oriented approach with a strong focus on service quality
- In-depth technical and business knowledge
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
