P&C Senior Partner

We are seeking a P&C Senior Partner to work as part of the Europe, META, GAM & GME team. You will have the opportunity to work alongside leaders and teams across one of our most diverse regions and help shape how our people, culture and organisation evolve for the future.

As a senior role, you will work closely with Senior Manager P&C Europe, META, GAM & GME to develop and implement a strategy and people plan for META. You will collaborate across the People & Culture function to deliver key initiatives underpinning successful execution of the business strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Align with partnering and CoE colleagues to develop, plan, and execute delivery of prioritised strategic people and culture initiatives
• Serve as workstream lead for a COE accountability working with partnering and COE colleagues
• Work as part of EMG&G leadership team to translate priorities into tangible actions/project deliverables and provide status updates
• Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary squad, often collaborating across geographies and time zones
• Maintain business knowledge to ensure deliverables are contextualised to the needs of different parts of the client organisation
• Leverage and interpret data and insights relevant to the delivery of prioritised initiatives
• Partner with business leaders as needed to ensure successful project delivery
• Coach, mentor and develop P&C colleagues through partnering and COE workstream deliverables

Requirements:

• Degree and/or professionally qualified. Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a connected discipline would be advantageous
• Extensive years of experience gained across a range of people & culture disciplines within commercial and operational environments
• Track record of effective partnering and coaching role-modelling of best practices in continuous improvement and driving high performance
• Proven capability and experience in talent management, ER, change management, and organisational development
