The Gastro Lounge at The Watermark Hotel is ramping up for its Grand Opening in September and is seeking dynamic Food & Beverage lovers to deliver guests the best dining experience imaginable!
As a Busser PM, you will be responsible for assisting restaurant staff in clearing and resetting tables in an efficient and courteous manner. You will adhere to all health regulations, stock necessary supplies, and perform basic restaurant cleaning duties.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service, greeting guests in a courteous and friendly manner, and responding to their needs in a positive and timely manner.
- Clear and wipe down tables and counters, dispose of garbage, clean floors, pick up dishes and glassware, and re-stock as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, handling all beverage/food in compliance with B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, brand, local, state and federal regulations.
- Produce the required volume of work by planning, organizing and prioritizing work duties.
Additional Information: The actual base pay offered is determined by several variables, including the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. Base pay is one component of B. F.
