As a Claims Technician - Commercial Property in Glasgow, you'll play a vital role in supporting Loss Adjusters in handling customer claims.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Triaging new claims and arranging initial Loss Adjuster visits
- Supporting customers, suppliers, Insurers, and brokers throughout the life of a claim
- Managing claims, information, and supplier projects
- Helping to control costs and payments
- Delivering high-quality technical work with a focus on customer experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in managing claims across multiple clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to professional development, including working towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters' Cert CILA qualification
