Senior Solution Architect, CBU TPM for NCP

NVIDIA is looking for a Senior Solutions Architecture and drive cross-functional execution for complex customer engagements. This role operates at the intersection of solutions architects, engineering, operations, and project teams to help ensure successful stability and resiliency of NVIDIA-powered infrastructure and software solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management discipline with technical depth, customer focus, and the ability to navigate ambiguity across fast-moving, multi-team initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end program management for Solutions Architecture initiatives, including technical planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner closely with solutions architects, engineering, operations, project managers, and customer-facing teams to resolve technology issues and improve the stability and resiliency of deployed AI clusters.
• Build and maintain integrated schedules, status reporting, risk registers, and action tracking to ensure clear visibility and predictable execution across complex taskforce support.
• Help manage cross-functional issues, technical dependencies, and escalation paths, driving timely decisions and mitigation plans when priorities shift or blockers emerge.
• Improve operating rhythms, tools, and reusable processes that help the Solutions Architecture organization scale execution quality across multiple accounts and programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions architecture, systems engineering, or a related cross-functional role.
• Experience working with engineering, field, operations, and customer-facing teams in support of enterprise infrastructure, AI, HPC, cloud, or DC programs.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business teams, and leadership.
• Hands-on ability to troubleshoot and help resolve customer technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting AI infrastructure, accelerated computing, cluster deployment, data center, networking, or cloud solution programs.
• Background working directly with solutions architects, enterprise customers, or post-sales technical delivery teams.
• Advanced degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Solid technical knowledge of GPU systems and cluster architecture, or networking technologies (Infiniband network or Ethernet network).
• GPU system RD or Kubernetes software RD experience.
