Agency Contests and Compensation Support Lead

The Agency Contests and Compensation Support Lead role is responsible for providing relevant data management and analysis in the area of agency incentives and agency compensation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting incentive analysis, forecasting, and post-campaign reviews
• Evaluating agency performance and incentive effectiveness against defined success measures
• Supporting the development of incentive targets, thresholds, and performance gates
• Preparing and maintaining incentive launch and governance documents
• Developing dashboards and management reports to monitor incentive performance and trends
• Generating reports and providing analysis for sales, performance, and governance meetings
• Delivering actionable insights and recommendations based on agency performance and incentive outcomes
• Analyzing agency compensation results, trends, and drivers
• Maintaining compensation dashboards and management reports
• Supporting compensation-related projects
• Overseeing appeals resolution and managing incentive revalidation and disqualification processes
• Responding to incentive-related inquiries and providing analysis to support business decisions
• Assisting in preparing incentive communications and promotional materials
• Supporting the design, launch, and evaluation of incentive initiatives
• Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency, controls, and agency experience
• Ensuring adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and reporting requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in management, marketing, or a business-related course
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Advanced Excel skills
• Business writing skills
• Data storytelling skills
• Experience in creating high-impact business presentations
