Manager, Production Management

Logitech is seeking a Manager, Production Management to oversee all aspects of the production process within a designated area of their manufacturing facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and managing production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines
• Monitoring production performance against key metrics and identifying areas for improvement
• Allocating resources effectively to optimize production capacity
• Leading daily production meetings to address challenges and ensure smooth operations
• Managing and motivating a team of production personnel, including supervisors and operators
• Providing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the production team
• Identifying and implementing lean manufacturing principles to streamline production processes
• Leading continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Utilizing data analysis to identify trends and drive process optimization

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably within a high-volume production environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments
• Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning tools
