Description
As a Customer Manager at Asda, you will be the main ambassador for bringing the 'Asdaness' in every colleague and lead the store's service, ensuring customers have the best experience from the car park to the checkout.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving strategy into action by being constantly present on the shop floor, walking through the eyes of customers, and validating the value message
- Leading with impact by engaging and coaching your team to constantly improve routine and processes
- Being results-focused by challenging teams to investigate and resolve price discrepancies at pace and reacting to customer feedback
- Talent development by listening with empathy, driving resilience, and encouraging ownership and passion for the business
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager in a retail environment
- Operational knowledge of a retail environment and customer service
- Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience
- Strong customer service focus and positive mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
