The Voyager team in Anduril Industries is an engineering and design division with a vast experience in developing innovative computing and communications solutions for the network edge.
We are seeking a Production Technician to join our Production team in Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for assembly and integration of mechanical and/or electrical components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Products to Order (CTO)
- Staging products
- Interpret equipment test results and work with integrators to support validation, develop test procedures, and perform root cause analysis on manufacturing issues
- Follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and instructions to assemble products or systems
- Use various hand tools and power tools to put components together
- Ensure compatibility and proper communication between integrated components
- Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, calibration services, test results, and quality control issues
- Working with the Production Planner to ensure timely delivery of shipments
- Implement best practices in electronic component handling, packaging, and storage while upholding rigorous quality standards
- General cleaning/housekeeping duties
- Assist with prototype builds
- Active participation in production meetings
- Follow safety protocols and procedures in the workplace
- Report production issues, i.e., Quality or Process
Required Qualifications:
- Level 6 or higher qualification in a relevant discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to rapidly adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with PCBA/CCA handling, subassembly building, soldering, and calibration using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and multimeters
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, follow detailed assembly instructions, and load or verify software
- Strong understanding of Electrostatic Discharge best practices and adherence to safety protocols
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with engineering and production.
- Excellent teamwork and work ethic, needing minimal supervision
- Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland (Stamp 4, Stamp 1G or EU Citizenship)
- Strong IT skills and understanding
- Previous relevant experience in production environment
- Previous experience working with computers
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- Be willing to travel as needed for project assignments and maintain flexibility, holding a valid driver's license
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
