The People team at Brex builds and sustains the culture that powers Brex, focusing on talent, growth, and the employee experience.

As our People Programs Lead, you will be the face of employee onboarding, owning the entire new hire journey end-to-end to empower, equip, and enable Brex employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Own global onboarding cohorts end-to-end: from preboarding logistics to facilitating live onboarding sessions, readiness to the first-90-days curriculum and executive setups, ensuring an exceptional, seamless candidate experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, Workplace, Recruiting, People Business Partners, and external partners to resolve edge-case scenarios and optimize the program over time.
  • Deliver quarterly performance recaps and strategic evolution proposals to People leadership.
  • Maintain ongoing mentorship initiatives by pairing mentors, tracking feedback, and building clear documentation to sustain long-term engagement.

  • Data & Analytics Fluency: Comfort pulling and analyzing both qualitative survey feedback and quantitative metrics to validate program health and drive iteration.
  • Ownership Mindset: A proactive, "utility player" attitude with strong attention to detail and a track record of driving initiatives independently.
