Kitchen Assistant - Football

We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our football team in Atibaia, Brazil. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support chefs, bakers, pastry chefs, and kitchen staff in food and beverage preparation, following Anvisa regulations and internal procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food and beverage preparation, including washing and cutting vegetables, and preparing juices
• Set up snack stations with drinks and food, identify and store according to requisition
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including floors, sinks, counters, refrigerators, stoves, and ovens
• Assist in inventory counts of food, beverages, and other kitchen items
• Verify daily that food is properly labeled, within expiration dates, and meets quality standards

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a kitchen assistant
• Knowledge of meat, fish, and vegetable cuts
• Familiarity with food preparation, pastry, and bakery operations
• Time management, adaptability, conflict resolution, teamwork, critical thinking, and good verbal and written communication skills
• Completed primary education
