We're seeking an Associate Experience Designer to join our EA SPORTS team in Orlando, Florida, on a hybrid basis, requiring 2-3 days in the office per week.
Job Summary: As an Experience Designer, you'll solve complex problems and craft delightful experiences for our players. You'll focus on designing brand and graphic design systems for College Ultimate Team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop design themes that reflect our game.
Responsibilities:
- Design brand and simple graphic design systems and elements for College Ultimate Team
- Collaborate with teams to create multiple design themes for programs that reflect our game
- Prioritise and manage time to meet content scheduling requirements
- Work with cross-disciplinary teams to set priorities and develop design solutions within technical limitations
- Apply knowledge of the American football audience to inform art content development in a live service model
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in design, marketing, or related studies
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design or visual design
- Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software
- Experience with Figma, Miro, and other collaborative tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of composition, grid, colour theory, typography, and layout design
- Comfortable presenting cohesive design approaches and iterating based on feedback
- Knowledge of football and video games is beneficial but not required
- 3D and motion graphics skills are helpful but not required
