Packaging Operator

As a Packaging Operator at Lamb Weston, you will be responsible for operating, controlling, and adjusting machines on the packaging department. You will also perform quality control tasks, cleaning duties, and minor maintenance.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and monitoring the packaging process
• Collaborating with colleagues from other departments to achieve optimal results
• Identifying areas for improvement and taking initiative
• Following established procedures and guidelines to ensure food safety
• Performing minor maintenance tasks and assisting the technical department
• Carrying out cleaning duties and maintaining a clean and organized workspace

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of MBO-2 level education or willingness to pursue it
• Enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
