Referent (m/w/d) Labour and Social Law

We are seeking a Referent (m/w/d) Labour and Social Law to join our team.

As a Referent, you will be responsible for providing legal support to the Works Council and other employee representatives.

Your tasks will include:

• Providing legal advice and support to the Works Council and other employee representatives
• Preparing and accompanying negotiations between the Works Council and management
• Creating expert opinions and reports
• Reviewing and advising on compliance regulations
• Checking and accompanying the implementation of company guidelines
• Preparing decision templates, presentations, and events

Requirements:

• Completed studies in law with a focus on labour law
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of applicable collective bargaining agreements
• Experience in project and process management
• High standards for your work and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
