Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist - Product

We're looking for a Senior Product Enablement Specialist to ensure our go-to-market teams are ready to sell every product we launch. You'll build programs, set standards, and measure impact to help reps learn, practice, and prove they're ready to sell with confidence from day one. This is a chance to build a function from the ground up at a pivotal moment in our growth.

Responsibilities:

• Own revenue readiness for product launches and major updates
• Design and continuously improve product enablement programs
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps or opportunities
• Translate product and positioning into field-ready guidance
• Measure behavior change through conversation intelligence and enablement platform data
• Surface field insights back to product marketing, product, and revenue leadership
• Identify areas where AI and other technologies can improve employee effectiveness
• Distribute, track, and maintain product enablement assets

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales, revenue or product enablement, or a similar role
• Experience partnering with business leaders in complex environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving skills
• Data fluency with ability to pull own data and navigate sources
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging technology
• Demonstrated ability to bring structure and simplicity to complex business problems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
