Join our team in the M&S Café at Brotherhood Peterborough, the heart of our store and a place where customers come to recharge.
As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during the busiest periods.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing warm, five-star service to customers
- Making great food and drink recommendations
- Ensuring the café operates smoothly and efficiently
- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards
- Using our digital tools to take and fulfil orders quickly
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture
- Adapting quickly to changing situations and priorities
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
The café's operating hours are:
- Sunday: 11:00-15:00
- Monday: 11:00-15:00
- Tuesday: 11:00-15:00
- Wednesday: 11:00-15:00
- Saturday: 11:00-15:00
