Assistant Manager, BPC

AIA Digital+ is seeking an Assistant Manager, BPC to provide day-to-day BAU BPC support to Local Business Units (LBUs) using SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Provide BAU BPC support to LBUs using SAP
• Ensure solutions are consistent with regional template and align with regional solution architecture team
• Perform BAU activities, including incident and service request management, diagnosis, investigation, troubleshooting, configuration changes, and fixes
• Develop and update Change Scope Analysis (CSA) and documentation
• Perform configuration/code changes, unit testing, and regression testing
• Prepare test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and change deployment templates
• Collaborate with stakeholders on BAU related matters
• Support end-users in system usage and raise overall SAP proficiency
• Act as a GASC USC-Finance ambassador
• Participate in project activities with BPC focus
• Support BPC technical activities, such as data extraction and data manager package
• May require short-term travel, standby, and shift arrangements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Accounting equivalent

Experience:

• 5-8 years' relevant experience in regional solution/system support with SAP BPC focus across APAC region
• At least 3 end-to-end project implementation experience in BPC
• Applied accounting/business knowledge in SAP BPC 10.0/BPC 2021 system
• Proven business analysis experience with end-to-end Consolidations functions
• Good understanding of Budgeting and Forecasting processes
• Configuration experience with BPC (or comparable) consolidation tools
• Working knowledge of SAP BW is preferred
• Knowledge of SAP FICO modules and ANAPLAN will be added advantage
• Experience with hands-on BPC functional, technical design, and configuration is a must
• Strong VBA experience and excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel functions is preferred
