Products and Systems Coordinator

We are seeking a Products and Systems Coordinator to join our team at Porsche Central and Eastern Europe in Prague. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Porsche Car Configurator Database (PCCD) and Porsche Partner Network (PPN) for the CEE region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing user access and data quality for PCCD and PPN
• Conducting competitor research and providing insights to stakeholders
• Supporting the preparation of content and presentations for meetings and conferences
• Co-organising the annual Products and Services Conference
• Assisting the Product and Price Team in product launches
• Supporting the Sales Department in standardising operational processes

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Marketing or a related field
• At least 1 year of professional experience in the automotive industry, preferably in an international environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and intercultural environment
