You will be part of the Systems and Software team within Synopsys' Go-To-Market organisation, working closely with Sales, R&D, Product Management, and Technical Success.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Working with product management, R&D, and sales to influence product roadmaps and bring customer insight into future offerings.
- Partnering with customers to understand technical requirements, propose tailored solutions, and guide teams through proof of concept, deployment, and optimisation.
- Leading workshops, presentations, and strategic discussions that position Synopsys as a trusted advisor and technology thought leader.
- Mentoring solution architects and application engineers while fostering continuous learning and innovation.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, system architecture, or senior technical leadership.
- Recognised expertise in EDA tools, semiconductor design flows, IP integration, and high-performance systems.
- Experience architecting and leading strategic customer solutions at scale.
- Executive-level communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Proven leadership in global, cross-functional environments, with industry publications or conference presence preferred.
