Description
You will build the operating system for EPD , the systems, agents, and practices that make engineering, product, and design effective at delivery, with Jira as the substrate.
The EPD Systems team is constructing three interlocking layers: sources of truth, a shared interpretive layer, and the operating system that makes the work itself legible. This role owns the operating system.
Responsibilities:
- Design and own workflow and hierarchy across engineering, product, and design in Jira
- Ensure Jira reflects real practice and vice versa
- Build agents and automation with AI
- Drive adoption across teams
- Understand delivery breakdowns and build fixes
- Collaborate with teammates to grow their technical capabilities
Requirements:
- Recent experience building and shipping with AI
- Ability to find and fix mechanisms that are failing
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making
- Experience with getting things adopted without authority
- Accountability for outcomes, not just artifacts
- Willingness to learn and apply AI responsibly
