Description
We are seeking a Computer Test Technician to join our team in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. As a Computer Test Technician, you will review and test the operability of electronic systems and components, troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems and components, and participate with engineers in the debugging and troubleshooting of new and existing products.
Responsibilities:
- Review and test electronic systems and components
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems and components
- Read and interpret schematics, printouts, and specifications
- Participate with engineers in debugging and troubleshooting
- Replace components in servers, including installation of processors, DIMMs, PCA boards, cables, heat sinks, and other high-value materials
- Use online methods and work instructions to complete tasks
- Provide system statuses verbally and in report form as required
- Interface with engineers, technicians, and field personnel regarding system-level problems
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience and 4-6 years of experience
- Working knowledge in the field of electronics technology
- Must be a US citizen
- Computer hardware knowledge with good communication skills
- Familiarity with using different computer applications and navigating simple software

Shift Details:
- 36 hours per week, paid for 40 hours
- Weekend shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:30 pm
Salary Range:
- Hourly salary: $21.83 - $46.25 in Wisconsin
