Seasonal Party and Sales assistant

As the face of our store, you'll welcome customers and provide a fun, engaging shopping experience, using your product knowledge to offer personalised recommendations and performing product demonstrations.

Working closely with your team, you'll help drive sales, exceed targets, and create memorable in-store events.

This is a temporary contract to support us for the Seasonal period, ending on 31st December 2026, with potential opportunities for permanent employment in January.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming store environment
• Engage with customers to build rapport and provide personalised recommendations
• Deliver exceptional customer service using in-depth product knowledge
• Host external and in-store events and parties
• Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor
• Support sales targets and promote products creatively
• Manage stock levels efficiently and control store costs
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Collaborate with the team to foster an inclusive working environment
