Description
We are looking for graduates to join our Property & Buildings, Building Services teams in 2027. As a Graduate in one of our Building Services teams, you will contribute to projects across sectors including offices, hospitals, hotels, residential developments, data centres, education buildings and major transport hubs.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary project team, supported by experienced engineers and specialists, and given exposure to real-world challenges from the start. Your day-to-day work may include supporting design work, reviewing technical drawings, using tools such as Revit or AutoCAD, contributing to sustainability assessments, attending site visits, gathering client requirements and helping develop practical solutions for complex building projects.
Our two-year Graduate Development Programme is designed to help you build the skills, experience and professional network needed to thrive at the start of your career with us. Through a blend of structured learning, mentoring and hands-on experience, you will be supported every step of the way.
What we're looking for
- You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor's or master's degree.
- You will be looking to start work in April or September 2027.
- You will have an interest in Building Services, Smart Buildings, Public Health, or sustainability.
- You'll be curious, flexible, collaborative and motivated to solve problems that shape the built environment.
- You will be comfortable working with others, sharing ideas and learning from different specialists across project teams.
- You will want to create value for our clients, and you will want to take ownership for your work and development.
