Ford Business Solutions is looking for a FCSD Zone Manager to join their Ford Customer Service Team in Szentendre office.
Responsibilities
The FCSD Zone Manager will be responsible for the activities in Service & Parts Business in the zones, supporting the operations of dealers within the zone.
Genuine Ford parts revenue
- Manage day-to-day operations of dealers, ensuring timely and high-quality background for business partners
- Monitor and analyse dealers' parts and service performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve objectives
- Support dealers with initiatives to increase part sales and motivate them to keep high level of workshop efficiency and utilization
- Plan and implement Service marketing activities
- Protect parts-purchase loyalty
- Develop new businesses
- Conduct process improvement activities in the Service & Parts Business
Building relationships and support functions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with workshops, addressing concerns and ensuring high level of service
- Provide feedback to the HUN FCSD Field Operations Manager about dealers' performance and other Aftersales projects
- Evaluate dealers' part sales performance in accordance with annual budget and objectives defined by part bonus programs
- Give practical advice to dealers' Aftersales & Parts Managers and MDs regarding parts sales channels and growth opportunities
Promotion and building customer trust
- Introduce and supervise process improvements in Service and Parts to maximize customer satisfaction and productivity
- Promote loyalty products and strategic sales tools, and support products market implementation
Supervision
- Control service standards and ensure dealers follow Company guidelines
- Ensure dealers permanently check repair quality and implement correction measures
Qualifications
- University or college degree
- At least three years of experience in marketing, sales, or service, preferably in the automotive industry
- Experience in sales or aftersales
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with strong organizational abilities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative team player
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel by car within Hungary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
