Implementation Operations Engineer – AI Solutions

At Komodo Health, our mission is to reduce the global burden of disease through smarter use of data.

The Implementation Operations team owns customer implementations, recurring data refreshes, production deliveries, operational support, and technical onboarding.

As an Implementation Operations Engineer – AI Solutions, you will:

• Own end-to-end implementation operations, including customer onboarding, recurring data deliveries, production workflows, and operational support.
• Support AI-enabled implementations and onboarding by partnering with relevant technical and cross-functional teams.
• Execute and validate production deliveries while maintaining high standards for data quality, timeliness, documentation, and customer impact.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, DPQ, Customer Success, and Technical Engagement to resolve issues and deliver customer outcomes.
• Use GenAI tools and AI capabilities to improve productivity, accelerate technical workflows, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Drive automation, documentation, and process improvements that make implementation operations more scalable and reliable.

Requirements:

• Strong SQL and data fundamentals, with the ability to investigate data, validate outputs, and troubleshoot delivery workflows.
• Curiosity and aptitude to learn AI technologies and AI-enabled implementation workflows.
• Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms, or modern data ecosystems.
• Strong ownership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical partners.
• Comfort working through ambiguity, learning new systems, and taking initiative to solve problems.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Snowflake, AWS, Python, or Airflow.
• Healthcare or Life Sciences industry experience.
• SaaS implementation or technical onboarding experience.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools and AI-enabled workflows.
