Senior Program Manager, Health Coaching

The Senior Program Manager, Health Coaching reports to the VP, Operational Excellence and serves as the business operations dyad partner to the Senior Director of Health Coaching & Practice. The Senior Program Manager leads Health Coaching’s strategy and business planning and data-driven continuous-improvement efforts.

Your Impact:

• Manage the strategic roadmap for Health Coaching
• Develop and implement business priorities, project governance plans, and success criteria
• Identify and resolve issues that affect Care Teams and member experience
• Build relationships across Omada teams to deliver on the roadmap
• Partner with stakeholders to drive business priorities and improve programs
• Analyze data to perform needs and task analysis, scope projects, and evaluate existing processes
• Develop business insights with custom metrics and attributes
• Drive ongoing program improvements based on feedback and performance measurements
• Utilize strong written and oral communication skills
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 10+ years of program management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Nice to Have:

• MBA or Master's degree in a related field
• PMP or CSM certification
• Healthcare-related certification or license
• Lean or Kaizen certification
