Quality Engineer

The Adler Pelzer Group, a leading global supplier of acoustic and thermal insulation for the automotive industry, is seeking a Quality Engineer for its Santhià plant in Italy.

The Quality Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining procedures to ensure quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) of products, materials, and supplies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analysing customer complaints and implementing corrective actions using tools such as 8D reports, 4M, 5W+1H, etc.
• Managing customer disputes and communicating corrective actions taken.
• Supporting new projects with correct application of methodology (APQP), coordinating PFMEA documentation.
• Preparing and updating Control Plans and control cycles.
• Managing relationships with certification bodies or customer inspectors.
• Analysing data on scrap/discard.
• Conducting periodic Process/Product Audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in a Quality role (preferably in the Automotive sector).
• English language proficiency at B1/B2 level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of core tools (FMEA, APQP) and CSR.
• Flexibility, analytical skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
