Customer Service (Seasonal)

We are seeking individuals who enjoy helping others to provide high-quality customer service to clients of Five Star Solutions. This seasonal role involves answering telephone calls from customers inquiring about goods and services, particularly related to seasonal holiday ordering.

Qualifications:

• Previous 3-6 months of customer service or customer support experience is preferred.
• A background in a call center or office environment is a plus.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• You should be a quick learner, able to work independently, and possess strong phone and verbal communication skills.
• Active listening skills are essential.
• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• A background check will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a large volume of inbound or outbound calls efficiently.
• Address customer questions and concerns across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Follow communication scripts for different topics.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls.
• Look for opportunities to upsell products.
• Switch between tasks seamlessly without losing efficiency or composure.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times.
• Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions.
• Be flexible for cross-training as requested.

• This is a remote position requiring your own equipment and workspace.
• You need verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and a dedicated workspace.

Hardware/Software Requirements:

• Processor: Intel Core i5-8250U Series or greater.
• Memory: 8GB on Windows 10 or higher 64 bits.
• Screen Resolution: 1280x768 or higher, 1 monitor required (dual monitors preferred).
• USB headset.
• Up-to-date antivirus software and enabled firewall.
