Trim-Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a Trim-Shop Supervisor to join our team in Brackley. As a leading composite manufacturer in the UK, we excel in designing and manufacturing high-quality carbon fibre parts for prestigious hypercars and other industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the trimming team, ensuring the department meets customer needs, quality standards, and effective resource management.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise the trimming team to ensure efficient production and quality standards
• Manage the production schedule, escalating issues to relevant individuals as needed
• Provide guidance and support to trimmers to maximize plan adherence and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
• Liaise with Inspection and Trim departments to ensure smooth production
• Monitor equipment maintenance and report any issues

Quality and standards:

• Ensure all work meets customer and company quality standards
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to address quality performance issues and implement corrective actions

People management:

• Supervise trimmers, setting expectations and providing feedback
• Foster a teamwork environment
