National Account Manager, On Premise (Healthcare)

We are seeking a National Account Manager (NAM), On Premise (Healthcare) to join our team in Chicago. As a NAM, you will play a key role in driving sustainable growth, building strong partnerships, and identifying new opportunities to expand Red Bull's presence within emerging channels in the healthcare segment.

The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate a dynamic and evolving business landscape. You will develop and execute strategic business plans, lead initiatives to secure new business, and create route-to-market strategies that deliver long-term success.

Responsibilities:

• Build mutually beneficial relationships with account decision-makers and stakeholders
• Customize presentations using insights to meet customer needs
• Negotiate contracts to drive execution, visibility, and programming while maintaining appropriate spends per case
• Consistently grow the pipeline of emerging FMC accounts to drive net new sales volume and programming
• Conduct business reviews and hold partners accountable to deliver upon agreed upon execution and programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Field Sales, On Premise Key Accounts, On Premise Distribution, and On Premise Marketing

Requirements:

• 5+ years of FMC account management or marketing strategy experience
• Experience in beverage or CPG industries preferred
• Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources/insights
• Advanced strategic thinking, planning, financial management, decision-making, sales presentation, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Fluency in English, additional language skills an advantage

Benefits:

• Base salary range: $124,000 - $186,000 + cash incentives
• Travel: 50-60%
