The EA Marketing Analytics team is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join their team in Sydney, Australia.

The role involves leveraging measurement toolkits to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI, selecting, processing, and exploring data from various internal and third-party data sources, creating presentations with data visualizations, and communicating recommendations to marketing partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Applying leading-edge data analytics techniques to extract insights from diverse data sets
  • Creating data visualizations to tell compelling data stories
  • Working closely with APAC marketing partners to understand their needs and deliver data analysis to support decision-making
  • Taking initiative to find opportunities to make business impact
  • Collaborating across a global network of colleagues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or economics; advanced degrees preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant hands-on analytical experience
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in R statistical programming
  • Knowledge of statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
