Advanced Data Analyst - EA SPORTS™ FC

Electronic Arts is seeking an Advanced Data Analyst to join the FC Data & Analytics team. As an Advanced Data Analyst, Experimentation Lead - FC Ultimate Team, you will lead the Experimentation program for FC Premium Analytics and collaborate with data, production, and product management partners to drive informed decision-making.

You will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with production teams to define telemetry requirements
• Designing and implementing player-facing experimentation
• Writing and maintaining complex SQL and scripting workflows
• Building and maintaining scalable dashboards
• Exploring user behavioural patterns through experimentation
• Presenting analytical findings to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of technical experience in data analytics
• Expert knowledge or equivalent practical experience in leading an experimentation function for a live product
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation software
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R
