As a Retail Consultant, you will provide frontline support by assisting customers with product selection, service activation, and troubleshooting basic issues.
You will create positive experiences through effective communication and adherence to retail standards.
This role demonstrates foundational autonomy and contributes to customer satisfaction and store performance.

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, helping customers find the right products and services to suit their needs.
- Be the go-to tech expert, staying up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
- Achieve and excel, using your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
