Director, Business Strategy

The Director, Business Strategy role at Electronic Arts involves driving the company's long-term growth and innovation. The successful candidate will serve as an important advisor to EA's senior creative leaders, reporting to the VP of Corporate Strategy. This high-visibility role requires deep engagement across EA's franchises, studios, and commercial functions, as well as regular interaction with EA's executive leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic vision and leadership as a trusted advisor to senior creative leaders
• Developing structured frameworks to evaluate strategic opportunities across EA
• Leading and delivering ad hoc market, financial, and scenario analyses
• Guiding select strategic initiatives end-to-end
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure franchise strategies align with EA's corporate strategy
• Promoting innovative growth and identifying opportunities to extend franchises
• Fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture within the Strategy team

Requirements include:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate development, or related roles
• 3+ years in a management or team leadership capacity within media, technology, gaming, or entertainment
• Experience developing large-scale strategies that bring measurable growth
• Expertise partnering with senior executives and creative leaders
• Experience balancing long-term strategic vision with immediate needs
