Global Operations Associate

We are looking for a Global Operations Associate to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.

Your responsibilities as a Global Operations Associate include:

• Ensuring high-quality shipments, handling exceptions proactively, and providing timely communication to clients.
• Managing priorities and commitments independently to meet internal KPIs and SLAs.
• Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Resolving client issues quickly and ensuring smooth operations at origin and destination.
• Coordinating day-to-day operations with internal and external partners.
• Executing the end-to-end movement of freight shipments within a regional network.
• Assisting with shipments managed by partners.
• Using data and operational tools to inform decisions and contribute to efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree or completed professional training as a forwarding agent.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Technology-first mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective time management, attention to detail, and ability to seek and receive feedback.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compliance-first attitude and client service mindset.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
